Why integrate Joy?
Sync customer information
By integrating Chatty with Joy, you can get access to customers’ loyalty profiles and activity right in Chatty Inbox, which includes
- Type
- VIP tier
- Points balance
- Birthday
- Referral link
Then, you have more information to personalize answers to customer inquiries or provide suitable services/products.
You can check Joy profile in:
- Customer details in Contacts
- Conversation details
Let AI answer loyalty questions
Info
AI-powered loyalty answers are only available on the Joy Ultimate plan.
With the Joy integration, your AI assistant can read customers' loyalty data and use it to answer questions directly in the conversation.
When a customer asks things like "How many points do I have?", "What's my VIP tier?", or "How do I redeem my points?", the AI can check their Joy profile and reply with accurate, personalized information, without a human agent stepping in.
How to integrate?
Go to Integrations
In "Joy" click Manage
Install Joy (step 1)
Click Go to Joy and install app.
If you have already installed Joy, skip this step
Click Connect (step 2)
Click Connect to enable loyalty data sync between Joy and Chatty
View Joy info
After integrating, you can go to Customer details or Conversation details to view Joy info. Also, AI can answer questions about loyalty program in Joy.
